Retail Seafood

Our Retail range is known throughout Sydney as the freshest, premium, Australian retail-ready seafood range available. We take the same fresh local seafood, normally reserved for restaurants, and package it within minutes of being cut. Our thermoform packing machine ensures the freshness is sealed in for the duration of its time on any retail display. 

We have an extensive range of value-added seafood also processed fresh, on site, by our team.
