Crispy panko-coated barramundi fillets sandwiched in milk buns—perfect with a crunchy slaw of cabbage, pickled onions, carrot, and shallot

Moofish Panko Barramundi Burgers

Mayonnaise
Step 1
Heat oil in pan on medium - high heat.
Step 2
Once oil is hot,carefully place barramundi burgers in oil
Step 3
Once Barramundi is golden brown flip over to the other side for another 2-3 minutes
Step 4
Take barrmundi out and strain on paper towel
Step 5
While barramundi is resting prepare the burger buns by adding mayo, lettuce and your choice of filling to the burger
Step 6
Place barramundi in burger and ENJOY
