Our facility has 2 separate sections for seafood production and butchery.
Our seafood room has the latest in state-of-the-art portioning, pin boning and packaging equipment. This allows our skilled team of filleters and production staff to produce orders to our customers required specification.

Our Retail range is known throughout Sydney as the freshest, premium, Australian retail-ready seafood range available. 
We take the same fresh local seafood, normally reserved for restaurants, and package it within minutes of being cut. 
Our thermoform packing machine ensures the freshness is sealed in for the duration of its time on any retail display. 
We have an extensive range of value-added seafood also processed fresh, on site, by our team.
